Over the years, Matt's hard work and dedication earned him a salesperson role, where he further honed his skills and built strong relationships with customers. With a relentless drive to succeed and a passion for excellence, he continued to rise through the ranks, eventually becoming a partner in the company. Under Matt's leadership, Caruso Produce has undergone tremendous growth and transformation, becoming widely recognized as the region's top wholesale produce buyer and account manager. Despite this success, Matt remains committed to putting the customer first, believing that their success is ultimately what drives the success of the business. When he's not at work, Matt is a devoted family man who loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and four children. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the produce industry, Kevin learned the value of hard work from an early age. He started sorting tomatoes on a repack table as soon as he was tall enough to stand on a milk crate and continued to work in the warehouse as he grew older. Despite his natural talent for fiction, Kevin pursued a career in produce, driven by his passion for the industry. With over 35 years of experience under his belt, Kevin Canty-Jones is a true first-round draft pick, excelling as both an A-class salesman, junior partner, and a savvy buyer. But Kevin's skills don't stop there; he also possesses a unique talent for fortune-telling that has proven to be incredibly accurate. As for what lies ahead, only time will tell, but Kevin's natural intuition and guidance from trusted sources like Venus and The Oracle suggest that great things are on the horizon.
